Who it's for

For shops whose work is stronger than their website

You have a solid reputation, real equipment, and years of practical experience. The website has simply not kept up.

Hard to use on a phone

Buyers should be able to understand what you make without pinching and zooming.

Capabilities are buried

Processes, materials, tolerances, and equipment should be easy to scan.

The RFQ path is unclear

Phone, email, and quote-request options should be obvious on every screen.

What you get

A focused homepage refresh

The job is intentionally small and practical. We improve the page buyers see first.

Mobile-friendly homepage

A clear layout that works on phones, tablets, and desktop screens.

Capabilities and equipment summary

Your existing services and machines organized so buyers can find the relevant details quickly.

Click-to-call and quote request

A direct phone action and a simple form with space for a drawing or file link.

Hosting after approval

We host the new page and point your domain to it after your approval. Your email stays exactly where it is.

How it works

Four straightforward steps

Most homepage refreshes are ready for approval in about 5 business days after we receive the materials.

  1. We send a free mockup

It uses public information from your current website so you can judge the direction first.

  2. You reply

Tell us whether the direction is useful and what should change.

  3. You send the shop materials

We need your logo, a few shop photos, and any corrections to capabilities or equipment.

  4. You approve the finished page

Nothing goes live until you approve it. After approval, we connect it to your domain.

No risky switch

Your current site stays put until you approve

We build the refresh separately. Your website and business email keep working while you review it.

Who's behind this

A practical sales perspective

I'm Igor Shibanov, founder of Workhorse Web. From 2011 to 2018 I was commercial director at an industrial machinery manufacturer, and I saw how buyers check a shop's website before they send an RFQ. I work by email across time zones.

Straight answers

Frequently asked questions

Why is the pilot free?

We are offering three Ohio shops a free homepage refresh in exchange for honest feedback and a short review if they are satisfied. There is no charge if the finished page is not useful to you.

What does it cost after the pilot?

A homepage refresh is $299 one-time. Optional care is $49 per month and includes hosting, small edits, and uptime checks. There are no contracts.

Where are you based?

I'm Igor Shibanov. I work remotely and serve US shops by email; my mailing address is in Belgrade, Serbia.

Do I have to switch hosting or lose my email?

Your email is untouched. The website itself moves to our hosting only after you approve it; you can take the files elsewhere at any time.

Who owns the site?

You do. You keep your domain and receive the finished website files.

What if I already have a web company?

That is fine. You can give the finished files to your current provider, or ask them to use the mockup as a reference.

How did you get my email?

We use business email addresses published on the company's own website or official profile. Reply "no" and we will not write again.
